What is the shelf life of Monin products?
Most Monin syrups have a shelf life of 18 to 36 months from the date of manufacture. Once opened, we recommend using them within 90 days and storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

No, Monin syrups do not require refrigeration. They are designed to be shelf-stable at room temperature. However, our Fruit Purées and certain sauces may require refrigeration after opening as indicated on the label.
